- ServeSafe Certification: Your chosen caterer must hold a valid ServeSafe Certification.
- Kitchen Amenities: Access is limited to refrigerators and sinks. The use of ovens or stoves is not permitted.
- Supervision: At least one member must be on-site to oversee kitchen.
- Clean-Up Requirement: The kitchen area must be returned to its original clean condition.
